If you have a request (a feedback, tech support issue or suggestion), you can request for a support ticket to be created with with MHAT Digital Transformation Department.
1. Simply enter your details in the chat box on the left, type your message and hit submit
2. You will shortly receive a message with a ticket number
3. If your query is a high priority one, you will receive immediate response for the same
Each time there is a resolution in your issue/suggestion the ticket is updated. This allows both yourself and the Digital Transformation department view the conversation history and also see what has happened since the ticket was created, both will be able to identify issues quickly by referring to the ticket number.
